Meditation for Wellbeing (iRest(R) courses)
Irest is a contemporary form of yoga nidra meditation that helps you find ease no matter what is going on around you. Great for calming the nervous system, and learning tools to navigate difficult times. For the duration of the course you get full membership of the online platform.
Membership
A monthly membership to access pre-recorded classes, audio recordings of breath practices and access to all live classes. Learn to take a baseline of how you are and choose your practices accordingly (intro videos) Two tiered memberships available.
Monthly live classes
Monthly 90 minute restorative yoga _ yoga nidra classes. A class for learning the art of Rest and just Being.
