iRest is a traditional form of meditation with a contemporary twist.

iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation

iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation is a somatic meditation of deep relaxation and self-inquiry

It works holistically to help us feel more connected to ourselves, others and the world around us. In yoga nidra we enter that blissful state between being awake and asleep, opening to our inner wisdom, joy and equanimity through illuminating and inquiring into the koshas, or layers of ourselves.

iRest can also be offered in the form of a dyad which becomes a somatic based co-meditation - allowing everything to arise and bypass the thinking mind.
