Extended Sunday Rest

A 3 hour class at The Resting Place- 274 Brooks Rd, Waipu.

A healing class consisting of supported yin yoga, restorative yoga, gentle movement and ending with a relaxing yoga nidra.

iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation

iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation is a somatic meditation of deep relaxation and intensive self-inquiry. iRest is a traditional form of meditation with a contemporary twist. It works holistically to help us feel more connected to ourselves, others and the world around us. In yoga nidra we enter that blissful state between being awake and asleep, opening to our inner wisdom, joy and equanimity through illuminating and inquiring into the koshas, or layers of ourselves.

iRest can also be offered in the form of a dyad which becomes asomatic based co-meditation - allowing everything to arise and bypass the thinking mind.
