“Yoga is a way of moving into stillness in order to experience the truth of who you are”
- Eric Schiffman

Sandra focuses on teaching slow, accessible, healing, trauma informed practices which support returning home to stillness and the essence of who we are when we stop doing. This includes gentle movement with breath, restorative yoga and yin yoga, often combined with iRest yoga nidra.
