NEW Sunday Rest classes, Waipu

Monthly two hour restorative style classes which will vary dependent on time of the year. These will be a blend of restorative yoga, yin yoga, somatics, slow movement and yoga nidra. Deeply nourishing, deeply restful. Perfect for those wanting to reset their nervous systems.
