Integrative therapy - on hold

 

Integrative therapy combines evidence-based Western and Eastern psychological therapies and holistic somatic therapies, in an integrative manner, using mind, body and breath to promote optimal health and well-being.

An individualised approach is taken and therapeutic methods will depend upon the individual client and their unique goals and preferences. All therapy and yoga is underpinned by a Trauma Informed approach.

Using approaches which integrate the body and mind are particularly useful for those living with:

  • Stress

  • Chronic pain

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Chronic Fatigue

  • any autoimmune disorder

Mind/body/breath approaches include gentle movement, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, iRest (R) meditation, mindfulness, Restorative Yoga, Somatic Stress Release ™ and Restorative Movement Psychotherapy based on the work of Amber Gray.
